A ‘Make-Over’ for Daisy, Gloucestershire

Our client fell in love with the location but not the house. Built in the 60’s on a steep valley side in Gloucestershire the house enjoyed glorious views over a generous garden, however it suffered from excessive solar gain in summer and lack of insulation in winter.
As part of other general alterations and improvements windows were reduced and the house was over-clad with insulation and timber; covering the concrete fake stone block-work to effect a dramatic character change.
